#Lovense Mini sex machine power supply died after 3 months

I cant use my Lovense mini sex machine. The ACDC adaptor has died so the theres no power. I only purchased the mini sex machine in August 2024. Ive emailed customer support but no reply. Has anyone else had this problem? If you did, did you have to buy a new power supply that will work with the Lovense mini sex machine?
