www.camshowrecordings.com

The server is sitting in the USA so if it gets reported to the FBI the entire site will be seized and removed to quickly!

The registrar is in Iceland and the real IP is hidden behind CloudFlare so how did you determine this is hosted in the US? Just because CloudFlare is in the US, doesn't mean it's hosting the content.

Regardless, if an American reports it to the FBI, they are the biggest agency in the world, and will work with whoever they need to. Their digital crime branch is one of the most advanced in the world. It will probably be taken down in a matter of months since it's an easy case to solve.

That's not how the FBI works. They are NOT the biggest agency in the world, that's provably false. They have actual crimes to investigate and rebroadcasting public broadcasts may not be illegal in the location where the server and owners of the server are. The registration info you have listed is old, you need to look at the most recent info. The Registrar is the company that was used to register the domain, they don't host the server. If you look at the most recent entry on the site you posted, the name servers (the systems that tell the computers where to find the server) are in Netherlands...a country with very strict privacy protections and who are very unlikely to take any action on this. Those name servers point to an IP address for the camshowrecords.com site that is for CloudFlare meaning that the actual location of the server is unknown and behind their security tools. CloudFlare is also known as to be very privacy focused and wont just stop service to clients without a court order.

You need to understand that there is no universal internet law so what may be illegal in one place, may be perfectly legal in another.
