You can see the bot someone is using, if you go to the user that you got the screenshot from and scroll to the top of their chat you will able to see all the bots they are using.

** I am replying to my own post to share my discovery for anyone else looking here for the solution.

In any tip menu bot or app you can input a command into the menu item name to make it clickable to cause the tip box to open up with the tip amount already selected.

the command is: (just copy and past the below command, and replace X with token amount, and Item name with the menu item to be purchased)
[cb:tip amount=X message="item name"]

example:
[cb:tip amount=25 message="If you love me"]
