#StreamMaster New Update causing issues for anyone else?!?

so I just opened up my laptop this morning, and I opened up stream master browser, and it prompted me for an update. So I did that and now it won’t open… I have sent an email to support to try to resolve this issue as this is very frustrating to try to figure out! is anyone else having this issue and if so, what did you do to fix it if any solution at all? TIA!

For toy connection issues, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Charge the toy.
2. If you are using a PC to connect the toy, insert the dongle into the front USB port of the PC.
3. Expose more of the toy during the show.

If the issue persists, please contact customer service to arrange remote assistance.

That is very frustrating! I went back to the old chrome extension and it seems to be working for me for now. I still can't get stream master to work so thats my solution for now. have you tried that?

yeah i thought i was bugging out but i try to redownload it and its not working for me :( it started acting up 2 days ago

Please get in touch with customer service and arrange for remote assistance.

To contact customer service, open the Settings/Home page and click the icon at the bottom right corner.

If you cannot open Stream Master, please install the Lovense Cam Extension and open the settings page in the Cam Extension.

You'll want to uninstall the SteamMaster and OBS software and then reinstall.
