#StreamMaster Stream Master not working

Hello, I have been streaming through chrome for the last couple of weeks because stream master does not work with the lovense extension. I keep getting a message saying that it needs to be updated. I have not been able to find the update . Please help. I have attached the message I get everytime I try to download the extension.

You need to download the most current version of StreamMaster from here - https://www.lovense.com/cam-model/download
Install StreamMaster.

Then you need to download the plugin for Chrome here - https://www.lovense.com/cam-model/extension
Unzip the file to your desktop.

In a new tab, enter this - chrome://extensions/

That will take you to the Extensions page. In the top right, enable Developer Mode. Click on the Load Unpacked button on the left. Select the folder where you unzipped the extension to.

Restart StreamMaster and you should be good.

I think I spoke to soon.This morning I opened stream master and I got a new error (Pic attached) so I decided to uninstall it and start allover again but it took me to the original error which was the first picture i sent yesterday. I don't know what to do.

I wish mine was working- mine havent been working for 3 months maybe longer.. customer service just stopped responding to me. Im on macbook so maybe its a apple thing idk.
