Learning the market
Currently I am having a difficult time getting users to tip. I normally will have about 30 girls in my room but only get maybe 1 or 5 tips a night.

Everyone goes through this as it's the time of year, I've not seen your show but a few tips that might help.
Those that have subscriptions are more likely to repeat visit because they want to get the most out of what they pay for, they should be your main focus. women are more likely to be concerned with spending and feel more anxious about money so make them feel at ease and have fun. One of the first steps in building long-term relationships with customers, is to get them to tip on things they’ve already tipped for and link payments to benefits like giving a pic with certain tipper's etc.
This is just a general idea so take the info you want and junk the rest and I hope it helps.
