This is as seen from your clients perspective, so you will be notified in the Chaturbate feed when their cam is available and you can choose to view it.
However, I would always have a set amount of tokens for viewing their cam.
Also, you can specify how long you will view for, or to them cumming, or performing acts for you to watch etc.
