In our community this month, we are discussing the topic of 'Hormones & Mood'.

We are talking about the menstrual cycle, perimenopause, contraception & stress.

I thought I'd bring a question to cam101 to hear your take on things too!

As we know, having a period can sometimes get in the way of how we feel towards words, or even if we are able to work. This is different for everyone.

I tend to take a day off at the beginning, adjust my shows to things I'm more comfortable with and not be too hard on myself if I'm not 'feeling it'.

How does your cycle currently affect how you work, and are there any things you do to support yourself with this?
