#Tech help Do I really need a blutooth adaptor?

Hi all,
New to Lovense, and I already have a laptop with Bluetooth.
I've asked this Q of Lovense Tech Support, but they are ridiculously busy right now.
Can the Lush 3 use the Laptop's own Bluetooth or must I have a Lovense Bluetooth adaptor?

When you want to conect toys to your computer yes, it allows you to use the Lovense connect app it isnt only for the Bluetooth part, when getting a Toy on the Lovense site its only €4

Having looked at the Connect App, I'm not sure I need it, and the reviews are really bad.
Have you ever tried to connect to the onboard bluetooth without the adaptor?

I use it only on my computer for camming, for that I need the Connect App (and for that you need the stick), with out I'm not able to connect toys to the extension, you could also use your phone but that connection sucks for me personally, might be my phone (S20). Do you want to cam or just use it for fun on the computer? For camming you need the stick or a phone, the stick is the better option.

u can use ur phone for connecting the toy ,but connection go down if u receive a snap or something other
get the lovense adapter :)

The computers own Bluetooth works. That's what I use with my Mac. No issues.

On Windows that did not work for me, needed the app for that, but Macs might work different.

Hi All,
Many thanks for all the contributions here
I now have the answer direct from Lovense Support:
---"Only Mac OS doesn't require the Lovense Bluetooth adapter, if your laptop is Windows, you will need to purchase a Lovense Bluetooth adapter"---

I use my phone app to connect & never had a connection problem!

But i have windows & mine actually worked without the adapter xxx
