#Help/Advice the 2-step verification on chaturbate

Hi everyone,
I am having an issue with chaturbate. when i want to login they ask me the 2-step verification. I try everything my authentifications app, my password forlder in my iphone nothing is working.

You can contact their support, explain this to them, and request that they turn off 2FA for you as you are unable to provide authentication via the app.
For them to do this, they must be satisfied that they really are talking to the registered user, so please be prepared to answer a lot of questions etc.

The reason I know this, is that it happened to me after a phone change where the app did not reinstall with the correct associated account.
It took a few days, but they were very helpful, and thorough in their verification of me

2 factor authentication is built into apple IOS, next IOS 18 update will have an actual Apple Passwords app. but currently Apple Passwords is located in Iphone Settings on IOS 17.
