#Help/Advice Looking for help with my lovense fuck machine

Hi I have a lovense fuck machine and I have been experiencing connection issues whether I have it paired with the lovense usb through the computer or through my phone. It will either disconnect, repeat patterns, or fuck me for no rhyme or reason.

My machine doesn't need an update and the app has been reinstalled so I can't figure out what the issue is. Could it be a cord issue?

Definitely showing a low signal on the Connected graphic, this may be the connection issue
And the "fuck me for no rhyme or reason" may be the delayed tips once the signal connects properly
What is your setup like physically?
Is there anything between the USB dongle or phone and the fuck machine?
