My life went tits up in 2023 after i was drugged tied up and raped. I saw your post last night and clicked save because I thought I might one day leave a mutually encouraging reply.

I went through something a bit similar in the last 18 months, but not as traumatic physically; it was purely mental. I hated looking at myself growing up and took less than a handful of selfies over the last decade.
