#Playlists Music streaming during broadcast

Hi there.
I have seen and heard mostly all models streaming music during their broadcast.
I 'd prefer to play spotify Playlists or Radio.
Can anyone please tell me how you are dealing with the legal issues on this?

I have sometimes played music during my broadcasts , but I always have wondered if there are legal issues in this.
I asked a couple of broadcasters, and they didn't seem to be concerned.
I would like to see an official stance on the matter also.

Spotify killed off their API to allows streaming within a lot of sites and apps. If you play music in the background, technically that is a broadcast and would require permission from the rights holder. So play at your own risk!

better worry about how to make more money :) forget about music:) nobody had any problem for this reason :)
