#Lovense cant connect Lovense Lush to Stirpchat
Hi,

I bought my Lovense Lush and I installed the Lovense connect App on my iPhone. The toy is connected to the app. But then the problems start. When I open Stripchat on my Google Chrome browser on my Macbook, Stripchats says my Lovense is not connected. The same when I open Stripchat with Safari on my Macbook. When I open Stripchat on my iPhone via Safari, Stripchat tells me the same.

The only time I can give permission to connect my toy to the Stripchat website is when I open my Stripchat account via the Lovense Connect App via Browser in this app. But even then, when I start my LIVE show at Stripchat viewers can not see I have a Lush and they say it's not active.

I tried to install the Stream Master on Safari and Google Chrome. I saw the application in my Launchpad. But when I clicked on it nothing happend. Sometimes it opens, but when I go to Stripchat via Stream Master they dont give me the choice to connect my Lush.

I also dont get to see the log in page of Loveense when I open Stream Master. I saw In a video that this is suppose to happen, so you can scan a QR-code with your phone. So, I also cant do this.

Anyone any tips?

I already tried to delete everything and install everything again. Also my laptop and phone are connected to the same internet and there is no VPN turned on. Also the bluetooth is on, on my laptop and phone.

Greetings,
Soraya S.

I just updated to the latest version of StreamMaster for Mac and it seems broken 😐

I think I got it working. First...StreamMaster and Chrome are not the same thing. StreamMaster has Chromium (the open source version of Chrome, the Chrome plugin, OBS, and Connect all rolled together). Start up StreamMaster and go to this link: https://www.lovense.com/cam-model/extension. Download the Chrome/Edge plugin. Double click it when its done so that it unzips. In StreamMaster, Go to the Window > Extensions menu. Enable Developer Mode in the top right corner. On the top left click on the "Load Unpacked" button. Select the folder that you unzipped (it should be named lovense_cam_30103). The extension will load but you wont see it on the screen. Click on the Lovense button on the top right of the browser, it should now open up properly.
