#Lovense About the warranty period

I have a question about the lovense warranty period.

I'm asking a question to lovense, but there's no reply, so please let me know.

The lush3 broke down less than a year after I bought it, so I would like to replace it.

I bought it in June 2024.

It is currently in March 2025, so I think it is an exchange target period.

For example, if it was replaced in March 2025, if the product that was replaced again by March 2026 failed, will this also be replaced?

Warranty is usually 12 months from initial purchase date subject to fair usage etc.
So the replacement would only be until the end of the original warranty period.
Any replacements after that are at the discretion of the supplier.
This is standard warranty policy that the majority of suppliers follow.
