hi i have tried to follow the setup and download the lovense extension for the chrome browser i downloaded it show in folder and when i right click the file it does not give me an unzip option to extract the file can you please help?

hi im sorry i created a new folder and copied all of the files then went to load unpacked it shows the extension and even the little pink box is in the browser but when i click on it it shows a white box for a minute then disappears anynclue what i should do ?

right, i tried that before sorry i didnt mention so i started all over and realized the manifest didnt copy and now im receiving this errorFailed to load extension
File
~/MyFiles/New folder
Error
Could not load background page 'pages/background.html'.
Could not load manifest.

GO into developer tools and click load unpacked extensions. that tip worked for me, but unfortunately with the new update, it doesn't really work at all so I can't double back and check the wording. The three menu dots on the right takes you to a dropdown, grab more tools, then extensions, then load unpacked. Hope that helps some.

I hope you figureed it out, i didnt see the reply here, but copying anything to a new folder sounds like an issue. id delete that, and re-initiate the download, and then hit the dev tools and load unpacked. troubleshooting chrome ext, i got it to work, but the tech difficulties were so plentiful I upgraded and bought a windows laptop instead with the usb adaptor and that helped the most
