#Tech help Internet connection good but when tipping stream is lagging

Please give me an advice i already upgraded to 400mbps internet connection,but why does my stream is lagging if viewers/tippers drop a tip , can you help me to fix this, and i also read before that streammaster have version 3 how can i download it?

Are you on Wifi or cable? If your on Wifi try plugging in, if that doesnt work you could consider upgrading your internet.

Wifi, hmm i think i must buy a cable..long cable because my wifi router is in the living room and i am streaming in my bed room

You also have WiFi boosters, it being so far away from you prob is causing your issues want to have it on the floor your on! Goodluck❤️

Have you also downloaded the version 3 of stream master?

The V3 is their cam extension on Chrome and Edge browser. Updated Stream master can be downloaded on their site: https://www.lovense.com/cam-model/download
