What issue are you having? Does it not vibrate at all or it wont connect properly and vibrate when people tip?

i had this problem too, if its a newer toy, contact the lovense team, they wll send you a replacement if it connects and doesnt vibe. they may ask for video proof. If its an older toy that you got a few years ago, they wont replace it.
