Most cam site allow for mobile broadcasting using either a mobile device or a laptop. Typical rules like have nobody else in the broadcast. Even if that is people appearing in public places. Some sites even offer mobile broadcasting apps. Most sites will only allow public broadcasting where it is legally safe. This just depends on where you are doing a show from.
